Volunteer Together

Volunteering is an excellent team-building opportunity! Food Gatherers maintains a working warehouse, processing an average of nine tons of food each day, and volunteers are vital to our success in distributing 7.8 million pounds of food — the equivalent of 6.5 million meals — each year. We welcome volunteer employee groups (up to 25) in our warehouse and at our special events (Rockin’ for the Hungry and Grillin’ for Food Gatherers).

To schedule a group volunteer shift, please complete this form. Returning groups still need to complete the form. A volunteer coordinator will contact you to schedule a shift.

Note: Shifts fill up fast! We ask you to request a group shift at least 6-8 weeks in advance, though sometimes we may be able to accommodate your group on shorter notice. Holidays are the most popular time to volunteer, so plan in advance or consider that we need help year-round.
