About the position: Reporting to the Chief Development Officer, the Manager of Annual Giving and Grant Development is responsible for managing the grant research, writing, reporting and tracking processes, as well as database management and reporting, direct mail segmentation, and other tasks related to managing the annual fund. The MAGGD assists with fundraising events, peer-to-peer fundraising campaigns, and other assigned fund development activities.

This is a full-time (40 hours/week) position. The typical work schedule will be Monday-Friday. Occasional evenings, weekends, and special events are required. Hybrid work arrangements allowed with supervisor approval; some in-person office work will be required. The salary range for this position begins at $56,000/year; prior work experience will be taken into consideration when determining exact pay.
